Delivery Policy
As we run a  bespoke service, all orders are placed after quotation by our sales office, products are manufactured to customer specification. Therefore delivery costs and timescales are variable and are always stated in full on our quotation prior to acceptance of order.

Returns Policy
We will only accept returns on custom made goods or custom painted goods if they are faulty.
